Executive Flight Risk Insurance (EFRI)
Insurance policy that protects top executives/shareholders that have holdings in multiple verticals in case of systemic failure of the monolith company. It becomes a way to incentivize leaders to decentralize or diversify but also still providing a 'golden parachute' in case they lose significant shareholding/leadership in the company collapse. By insuring against the downside (loss of leadership and holdings), this encourages companies to make the shifts needed.
