A centralised platform for incentivizing pro-environmental behaviours in communities. Citizen's actions are monitored and awarded points for pro-environmental behaviors (eg recycling, using active transport, purchasing green products etc). Those with failing performance are heavily regulated to adjust their carbon usage through penalty points and restricted access.
