A public/private scheme to convert aging Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles to run on battery power, using existing Hydrogen storage tanks for batteries, revitalizing their usability and preserving the embodied energy for future use. Includes training for mechanics to perform conversions and retrofitting of vehicle hardware, addressing the ethical cost of completely abandoning the Hydrogen vehicles and preventing them from being landfill.
