A cooperative model where communities collectively own and manage their energy resources. Each participating household contributes to local energy generation and storage facilities while receiving an equitable share of the energy produced within that community as well as participating in major decisions of the community’s direction. The CESC fosters energy independence, shared governance, and circular economic flows at the local level.
