CIRN is a decentralized, off-grid communication network utilizing low-power radio and local data caches. This network prioritizes transmission of community-critical information (essential healthcare access, food resources, safety alerts) during times of data center and grid failure. It uses a distributed network of community built and maintained hubs using solar power.
