Mandatory sensitivity training program for individuals developing and deploying robots. Using simulations and real-world examples, trainers help participants identify and mitigate unconscious biases that can be replicated or amplified in AI decision-making, as well as how robotic and automated systems can increase biases and ineqaulities.
