OSEP is a method and a training program, available offline through books, videos, guides and in-person training, designed to rebuild trust and community bonds after a technological collapse of shared neural data that allowed for immediate, nearly empathic comunication. It will use practical knowledge and hands on training, to encourage offline collaborative problem-solving through direct, face-to-face interactions and community projects designed to rebuild social trust and heal fractured relationships following massive BCI failure.
