A backup financial system running independently of the primary Metaverse infrastructure. It uses distributed ledger technology and alternative validation methods (Proof-of-Stake, Proof-of-Authority) to offer core financial services in case the main system goes down, allowing users to access funds and make transactions. The transactions will proceed with less validation and security, at more risk to each user.
