A low-tech emergency signaling system integrated with community radio networks. It uses pre-programmed broadcast signals to alert for medical emergencies. Receivers are simple hand-cranked radio devices able to receive messages and relay geolocation to nearby medical support networks. It also offers public health advisories in times of crisis.
