A research-driven design incubator that brings together marine biologists, engineers, and indigenous knowledge holders to develop ship designs inspired by marine organisms. The collective promotes and disseminates radically new, propulsion, hull, and communication technology to reduce noise output. This research operates on an a collaborative format, open-source license.
