A cooperative model for local communities to collect food waste (gardens, households), process it into bio-ink using simple, low-tech methods (fermentation, algae cultivation), and distribute it to members with access to basic bioprinters. The co-op provides training, shared resources, and fosters community resilience by enabling local food production and reducing reliance on centralized systems. Excess bio-ink can be traded with other communities.
