A government mandated product that will use holographic ID to track compliance with emergency protocols, and assign credit scores based on adherence (or lack thereof) to designated evacuation procedures and shelter-in-place protocols. A low CCS would result in penalties, such as delayed assistance. This would ideally prevent misinformation and better manage crowds.
