A service designed to facilitate the organized and supported relocation of communities displaced by rising sea levels, resource scarcity, and environmental devastation fueled by ecosystem collapse. CRAP will assist impacted populations with job training, housing, and integration programs in inland and more resilient regions, funded by a global tax on ocean resource extraction.
