Utilizing robotically extracted metal from Near Earth Asteroids (NEA) and lunar regolith as the raw materials for large-scale automated deorbiting tethers. This dramatically lowers the cost and resource footprint of active debris removal, turning a potential hazard (asteroids) into a crucial solution.
