A citizen-led decentralized network helping individuals and organizations cleanse and anonymize biometric and personal data after tech failures make them vulnerable to exploitation. The corps will train community members who can then train their peers in digital hygiene and data safety. They will provide tools to safely destroy, repurpose, or obfuscate data to protect individuals and infrastructure.
