A collaborative, decentralized platform that enables anyone to design, share, and locally manufacture custom chips using open-source tools and technologies. The goal would be to ensure any country or community could make the chips they needed, regardless of the actions from geopolitical adversaries. This will empower the growth of an alternative economic model for chip production, and reduce our reliance on potentially unsafe or manipulated providers.
