Hybrid human-AI collaborative governance system that uses AI to analyze public sentiment and facilitate direct citizen participation in decision-making. The AI Council will gather public opinion, present options to the public, organize votes, and present recommendations to the legislative body based on citizen input. The AI Council will also analyze existing laws, regulations, and policies and present optimization recommendations to the legislative body to enable responsive, relevant, and efficient governance. It will all be accomplished in a transparent and open source manner to drive accountability.
