Geographic areas subject to hyper-efficient controlled environmental agriculture and closed-loop manufacturing to maximize resource output. Controlled by Ministry staff and using pre-approved technologies they guarantee citizens can receive a basic necessity survival pack on a weekly basis. Citizens living in these areas give up some of their individual freedoms for the peace of knowing there are no existential resource shortages.
