An AI trained on human rights law designed to scrutinize the decisions made by the governing AI platform, to proactively identify and flag any actions that may lead to abuses of power. This second AI exists to defend and uphold the rights of immigrants, and can then suggest recommendations to make the original governing AI more appropriate.
